How to Join Our Waitlist

Can't find an appointment that works with your favourite barber? Our online waitlist makes it easy to be notified when a cancellation becomes available!

Our waitlist is entirely client-managed through our online booking system. This means our team cannot add, remove, or modify waitlist requests on your behalf.

How to Join

Step 1: Select Your Service

Head to our online booking system, select Services, and choose the service you'd like to book.

Step 2: View the Calendar

When the next available appointments appear, scroll down and select View Calendar.

Step 3: Choose Your Waitlist

You'll have two options:

• Join All Waitlists: Be notified of openings with any available barber.

• Join Waitlist: Select this option beside your preferred barber's name to be notified of their cancellations specifically.

Step 4: Select Your Dates

Choose the dates you'd like to be waitlisted for. You can join the waitlist for as many days as you'd like, but each date must be selected individually.

Step 5: Log In

You'll need to sign in using your Google or Facebook account to complete your waitlist request.

What Happens Next?

If an appointment becomes available on one of your selected dates, you'll receive an email notification with the opportunity to book it.

Keep an eye on your inbox! Waitlist notifications do not guarantee an appointment, so be sure to act quickly if an opening works for you.

A Few Things to Remember

• Our team cannot manage or modify your waitlist requests.

• You can select multiple dates to increase your chances of finding an opening.

• Joining the waitlist does not automatically book an appointment for you.
