No Show Policy

Effective Immediately

We value your time and are committed to providing the best service possible. In order to continue offering high-quality service to all of our clients, and respecting our commissioned barbers’ time, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

First No-Show: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, we will send you a friendly reminder email letting you know that you missed your appointment. Please be aware that this no-show will be documented in our system. Please note that notifying us after your appointment starting time would still qualify as a no-show. 

Second No-Show: If you miss a second appointment without canceling or rescheduling in advance, we will require payment for the missed appointment before you can book another one. We will email a payment link that must be settled before you are unblocked from the system. 

We understand that life happens, and we are happy to accommodate schedule changes when given sufficient notice. We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of others by notifying us before your appointing start time if you need to cancel or reschedule.

We make it easy to cancel – simply use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or call us directly. You can cancel up until your scheduled appointment time, and we’ll gladly accommodate the change.
